What exactly counts as a “lead”?
A revealed introduction: a consumer completed the questionnaire, compared their matches, chose your firm, and asked us to share their contact details with you. You’re never charged for being matched or shortlisted — only when someone picks you and their details land in your inbox.
How does the dud-replacement guarantee work?
If a revealed lead has a wrong number or clearly no genuine enquiry, report it from your broker dashboard within 7 days. We review it, and if it’s a dud you get a replacement credit — the next lead is free. We’d rather lose a fee than bill you for a dead line.
How does billing work?
Weekly, in arrears, by card via Stripe. Each Monday we total the previous week’s revealed leads (minus free allocations and replacement credits) and charge your saved card automatically. Every invoice is itemised in your dashboard. No contracts, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
What does vetting involve?
We check your FCA reference number against the Financial Services Register and confirm your firm’s permissions cover mortgage business. It usually takes a couple of working days. Vetting applies to everyone — including the free leads — because the panel’s quality is the product.
Can I pause, cap or leave?
All three, from your dashboard, instantly. Set a monthly cap so you never take more than you can serve; pause when you’re at capacity; leave whenever — there’s nothing to cancel except turning off the tap.
